Procurement regulations: what should the customer know about its application in 2025?
The Ministry of Finance recalled that by January 1, 2025, customers were required to bring their procurement regulations in line with the current provisions of Law No. 223-FZ (as amended by Law No. 318-FZ of 08.08.2024).
Procurement regulations that have not been brought into line by customers with changes in procurement legislation by the specified date are considered not to be posted in the Unified Information System.
At the same time, according to part 5.1 of Article 8 of Law No. 223-FZ, if, within the period provided for by Law No. 223-FZ, the customer, in accordance with the requirements of Law No. 223-FZ, has not posted the procurement regulations approved by him or the decision taken by him to join the procurement regulations, to such customer before the day of their posting In accordance with the requirements of Law No. 223-FZ of the approved procurement regulations or the decision to join the procurement regulations, the provisions of Federal Law No. 44-FZ dated 05.04.2013 "On the contract system in the field of procurement of goods and works" apply., services for state and municipal needs" within the limits defined by Part 5.1 of Article 8 of Law No. 223-FZ.
