Marat Ziatdinov: "Every budget ruble should work for results"
Since January 1, 2025, regional and municipal customers of the Republic of Tatarstan have concluded 2,665 contacts totaling more than 2.2 billion rubles. This was announced during the weekly meeting at the State Procurement Committee of the Republic of Tatarstan. It was conducted by the chairman of the department, Marat Ziatdinov.
Regional customers managed to reduce the cost of purchasing goods and services by 42.2 million rubles. Municipal — by 19.7 million rubles. As a result, budget savings amounted to 62 million rubles, or 2.78 percent. 1938 contracts were signed with representatives of small and medium-sized businesses.
"The beginning of the year for government customers may be associated with additional tasks and requirements for the efficiency and quality of procurement. In addition, from January 1, 2025, customers received the right to create digital contracts with sole suppliers, as well as to conclude digital additional agreements for changes and termination of contracts in the Unified Information System. The legality of the procedures is carefully monitored. Every budget ruble should work for a result, namely, to improve the quality of life of Tatarstan citizens," said Marat Ziatdinov.
On January 9, the largest contract worth 86.3 million rubles was signed by M.N. Sadykov Clinical Hospital No. 7 in Kazan for the organization of ready—made medical nutrition for patients undergoing inpatient treatment. The supplier will be the joint-stock company "Department of Food and Social Nutrition of Kazan".
