The rules of procurement from a single counterparty in cases determined by the Government of the Russian Federation are valid in 2025
According to the amendments made to paragraph 1 of the Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation dated 03/10/2022 No. 339, the customer enters into a contract with the sole counterparty in accordance with this decree no later than December 31, 2025.
These changes came into force on January 1 of the current year.
Recall that by virtue of Part 2.1 of Article 15 of Federal Law No. 46-FZ dated 03/08/2022 in 2025, in addition to the cases provided for in Part 1 of Article 93 of Law No. 44-FZ, other cases of procurement from a single counterparty may be established, as well as the procurement procedure in such cases. At the same time, paragraph 1 of Resolution No. 339 establishes that in addition to the cases provided for in Part 1 of Article 93 of Law No. 44-FZ, the Government of the Russian Federation has the right to provide for other cases of procurement from a single counterparty, as well as to determine the procedure for procurement in these cases. The customer enters into a contract with such a counterparty no later than December 31, 2025.
