Anti-sanctions measures in the field of public procurement extended to 2025

A federal law has been signed providing for the extension of the provisions of Part 56, 63.1, 64.1, 65.1, 65.2, 72, 75 112 of Law No. 44-FZ for 2025.

In addition, in accordance with the said law, the list of purchases has been supplemented, which are not included in the calculation of the total annual volume of purchases when determining the volume of purchases from the NSR, SONO. Thus, the list provided for in Part 1.1 of Article 30 of Law No. 44-FZ includes purchases carried out in cases established by the Government of the Russian Federation.

These changes will take effect on January 1, 2025.
