Tatarstan municipal archives to be equipped with mobile shelving
Mobile shelving will be manufactured and installed for the archives of Aznakaevsky, Almetyevsky, Atninsky, Zelenodolsk, Kamsko-Ustinsky, Tukayevsky and Yutazinsky districts of Tatarstan. It is planned to allocate 15.4 million rubles for these purposes. Information about the electronic auction was posted by the State Procurement Committee of the Republic of Tatarstan.
Municipal archives became the winners of the republican competition for support by the municipal archives of the region in 2024 in the nomination "Support for projects to ensure the preservation of documents of the Archival Fund of the Russian Federation and other archival documents". 37 specialized departments became participants of the competition in three nominations, they submitted 42 projects to the competition.
Metal storage racks for storing archives should be equipped with a mechanical drive and anti-rollover devices. In total, 763 racks will need to be made. The largest number — 240 pieces — will be sent to the Almetyevsk district. The work will need to be completed by June 1, 2025.
