The RT State Committee on Procurement continues to train municipalities to participate effectively in procurement
On December 17, 2024, in Buinsk, the State Procurement Committee of the Republic of Tatarstan, together with JSC "Center for Procurement Development of the Republic of Tatarstan", will hold a zonal seminar-meeting for municipal customers and suppliers. Representatives of municipalities will be trained on how not to violate FZ-44 and buy everything according to the rules. This is the second educational event held by the department with visits to municipal areas.
The participants will be representatives of the executive committees of districts, municipal institutions, business representatives from 9 municipalities of the Republic of Tatarstan — Apastovsky, Buinsky, Verkhneuslonsky, Drozhzhanovsky, Zelenodolsk, Kaibitsky, Kamsko-Ustinsky, Spassky and Tetyushsky districts.
"The topical issues that we will discuss at the seminar will relate to different areas. The program has been compiled taking into account requests from our colleagues in the field. First of all, these are changes and plans to optimize procurement legislation. Reforming the national regime in the system of state, municipal and corporate procurement. Creation of mechanisms for the "traceability" of goods of Russian origin at all stages — from summarizing the results of the purchase to the execution of the contract. The study of work in the electronic document management system of the Republic of Tatarstan in the field of procurement, analysis of typical errors in the description of the object of purchase and the formation of applications for a detailed list of goods, aspects of claim work under 44-FZ. As part of the educational event, we will demonstrate to suppliers typical mistakes of participants in competitive procurement, tell them about common and additional requirements for procurement participants, fines and penalties under contracts," commented Marat Ziatdinov, Chairman of the State Procurement Committee of the Republic of Tatarstan.
In addition to the leading experts of the State Procurement Committee of the Republic of Tatarstan and the Procurement Development Center of the Republic of Tatarstan, invited guests will also act as speakers. The resources of the Republican Marketing Center will be demonstrated by the General Director of JSC "Agency for State Order of the Republic of Tatarstan" Yakov Geller. Representatives of the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan will talk about measures to support entrepreneurs in Tatarstan.

Recall that the State Procurement Committee of the Republic of Tatarstan, together with JSC "Procurement Development Center", launched a series of educational seminars in municipal districts of Tatarstan in October 2024. The first meeting was held in the village of Rich Saba. It was attended by more than 250 heads and specialists of authorities at various levels authorized to carry out the functions of organizing and implementing purchases for municipal needs, as well as business representatives from 11 districts — Arsky, Atninsky, Baltasinsky, Vysokogorsky, Kukmor, Laishevsky, Mamadyshsky, Pestrechinsky, Rybno-Slobodsky, Sabinsky and Tyulyachinsky. All participants received certificates of completion of the educational course.
