The Tatarstan State Procurement Committee exchanged experiences with representatives of the Chuvashia State Service on Competition policy and tariffs. Sergey Egorov, Head of the Civil Service of Chuvashia, and Iskander Bagautdinov, Deputy Chairman of the State Procurement Committee of the Republic of Tatarstan, discussed the specifics and specifics of procurement activities in their regions, experience and practices in centralizing procurement, as well as professional development.
"We all have a common goal — effective implementation of budget funds and control over the quality and transparency of all stages of the implementation of state tasks. Tatarstan has built a flexible system for assessing the validity and expertise of prices, which allows saving budget funds already at the planning stage. In addition, detailed product catalogs have been created and are constantly being updated, on the basis of which standard documentation has been developed. All this allows us to significantly reduce budget costs," Iskander Bagautdinov stressed.
Deputy Chairman of the State Procurement Committee of the Republic Iskander Bagautdinov familiarized representatives of Chuvashia with the system of authorized bodies and the best practices of organizing and conducting procurement in Tatarstan. Sergey Egorov, Head of the Chuvashia State Service for Competition Policy and Tariffs, spoke about the centralization of procurement in the Chuvash Republic through a single special agency to ensure openness and transparency of procurement.
"Chuvashia is actively implementing digital solutions in the field of procurement, so it is important to share the experience of successful implementation of this practice, as well as adopt the experience of neighbors and implement the best methods at home," Sergey Egorov said.
