Marat Ziatdinov: "Since the beginning of the year, the committee has conducted more than 600 auctions worth 4 billion rubles"

At the beginning of November 2024, the State Procurement Committee of the Republic of Tatarstan conducted 605 centralized purchases. They were implemented in the format of open tenders, auctions in electronic form and requests for quotations. Budget savings amounted to 6 percent. This was announced today by the head of the department, Marat Ziatdinov, during a weekly meeting.

Vehicles, computer equipment and network equipment, cartridges, light industry products, innovative nanotechnology products, office equipment, fuels and lubricants, communications, catering in social institutions, etc. were purchased for customers. The total amount of purchased goods and services amounted to 3,966 million rubles.

"The end of the year is approaching, summing up and planning budgets for the next year. We see a significant increase in the volume of purchases. Since the beginning of the year, the committee has conducted more than 600 auctions for 4 billion rubles. The practice of centralized procurement has proven its effectiveness. They open up an opportunity to save budget funds due to large volumes of purchased products and standardization of purchased goods," the head of the department stressed.

Work continues on the organization of training for republican customers. Last week, the procurement development center conducted training for representatives of the Nurlat and Bavli districts. A zonal seminar on effective participation in procurement and practical aspects of the application of the law on the contract system for 11 municipal districts of Tatarstan is scheduled for November 12.
