Zonal seminars on public procurement start in Tatarstan
The State Procurement Committee of the Republic of Tatarstan will hold a series of zonal seminars and meetings for customers and suppliers on effective participation in procurement and practical aspects of the application of the law on the contract system. The first seminar will be held on November 12 in the village. Rich Subs. The participants will be representatives of the executive committees of districts, municipal institutions, business representatives from 11 municipalities of the Republic of Tatarstan — Arsky, Atninsky, Baltasinsky, Vysokogorsky, Kukmor, Laishevsky, Mamadyshsky, Pestrechinsky, Rybno-Slobodsky, Sabinsky and Tyulyachinsky districts.
"We strive to create a platform for the exchange of experience and discussion of topical issues related to procurement in the republic. We will explain the key issues of procurement legislation, analyze the practices of its application in order to further help customers behave correctly in non-standard situations and minimize legal risks. We will help suppliers better navigate the procurement process, as well as familiarize them with the support measures provided by the state for small and medium-sized businesses," said Marat Ziatdinov, Chairman of the State Procurement Committee of the Republic of Tatarstan.
The seminar program includes current changes in procurement legislation, discussion of procurement experience, digitalization of procurement activities, law enforcement practice, analysis of typical mistakes of participants in competitive procurement. Representatives of municipal districts will be told about republican measures to support entrepreneurs, about the work of the republican marketing center and the exchange platform. The speakers will be representatives of the State Procurement Committee of the Republic of Tatarstan, JSC "Procurement Development Center of the Republic of Tatarstan", the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan, JSC "Agency for State Order of the Republic of Tatarstan".
