The Ministry of Industry and Trade approved the Regulations of departmental control in the field of procurement under 44-FZ
Departmental control is carried out in relation to customers subordinate to the Ministry, including their contract services, contract managers, procurement commissions, authorized bodies and institutions.
The Regulations fix the directions of inspection within the framework of departmental control, the procedure for forming a schedule of inspections, the frequency and procedural aspects of their conduct.
Departmental control will be carried out in the form of on-site and documentary verification by a specially formed commission from among the officials of the department in charge of the customer.
If violations are detected, an action plan will be developed based on the results of the audit to eliminate and prevent them in the future.
