Orphaned children will be provided with apartments in Kazan and Almetyevsk
The State Procurement Committee of Tatarstan on the website of the unified information system contains information on the purchase of residential premises for orphans and children left without parental care. The customer is the Ministry of Land and Property Relations of the Republic. The Department plans to purchase 98 apartments in Kazan and 2 in Almetyevsk. More than 270 million rubles will be allocated for these purposes.
The dimensions of residential premises must meet the requirements of the legislation: at least 24 square meters per person, but not more than 36 square meters. Residential buildings should be built and put into operation no earlier than 2006. The premises must not be secured, under arrest or burdened with other obligations, not be the subject of lawsuits from third parties and are free from third-party residence. The deadline for the transfer of the acquired residential premises is until December 20, 2024.
"Since the beginning of the year, 4 electronic auctions have been held for the purchase of residential premises for orphaned children. These are 521 residential premises in the cities of Tatarstan worth more than 1.4 billion rubles," commented Deputy Chairman of the State Procurement Committee of the Republic of Tatarstan Alesya Muzalevskaya.
Applications for participation in the electronic auction are accepted until October 25, 2024.
