The cases in which the prohibition on admission to purchases of industrial goods from foreign countries is not applied have been supplemented
Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation No. 1352 dated 09.10.2024 amended Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation No. 616 dated 30.04.2020.
The new resolution states that customers do not apply a ban on the admission of industrial goods originating from foreign countries when purchasing ball or roller bearings in the following cases:
- the cost of purchasing one unit of goods does not exceed 3 thousand rubles.;
- the total cost of purchasing a set of goods is less than 30 thousand rubles.
The Resolution comes into force on 17.10.2024.
The resolution does not apply:
- for purchases, notices of which were posted before 10/17/2024;
- for contracts, information about which is included in the register of contracts before 10/17/2024.
