"Geniuses together: about management": employees of the State Procurement Committee of the Republic of Tatarstan became participants of the project session for young civil servants

Last weekend, civil servants from Tatarstan under the age of 35 took part in a project session for young civil servants "Geniuses together: about management" at the Volga Youth Center. The project is aimed at creating opportunities for young people and takes place within the framework of the national project "Education". It is implemented by the Ministry of Youth Affairs of the Republic of Tatarstan together with the presidential platform "Russia is a country of opportunities".

Within the framework of the program, four types of interaction with young civil servants were organized: the educational program "Personal Development Track"; meetings with leaders of the Republic of Tatarstan in the framework of considering the potential for leadership; trainings and master classes on emotional intelligence, systems thinking; organization of informal communications and community formation.

Yulia Ivanova, Senior specialist of the Centralized Procurement Department, and Aliya Bulatova, Head of the Methodological Support Department, took part in the project session on behalf of the State Procurement Committee of the Republic of Tatarstan.

"Today, young civil servants have all the opportunities to realize themselves. I would like as many representatives of active youth as possible, who want to connect their lives and professional path with serving the country, to be able to achieve high results," said Aliya Bulatova, Head of the Methodological Support Department of the State Procurement Committee of the Republic of Tatarstan.

Over the course of three days, lectures, meetings, quizzes and various master classes were organized for young managers. The organizers of the event marked Aliya Bulatova for her active participation in the program with a memorable gift.
