The rating is based on the results of the analysis of monitoring and evaluation of competition in the public procurement system conducted by the central office of the Federal Antimonopoly Service of Russia. The system allows you to analyze the competitive environment in each region by several indicators.
"Now it is especially important to work aimed at eliminating violations and maintaining a balance between the interests of customers and performers of the state order. That is why one of the main principles of our department's work is to ensure transparency and competition, which allows customers to choose the best conditions for concluding a contract within the framework of procurement procedures in order to implement their tasks and effectively spend budget funds," commented Marat Ziatdinov, Chairman of the State Procurement Committee of the Republic of Tatarstan.
The State Procurement Committee of the Republic of Tatarstan has conducted 513 centralized purchases since the beginning of 2024. They were implemented in the format of open tenders, auctions in electronic form and requests for quotations. Vehicles, computer equipment and network equipment, cartridges, light industry products, innovative nanotechnology products, etc. were purchased for customers. The total amount of purchased goods and services amounted to more than 3 billion. 158 million rubles. It was possible to reduce budget costs by more than 185 million rubles.
