The rules for determining the NMCC for the purchase of turnkey construction works may be extended
Draft Order of the Ministry of Construction of the Russian Federation (prepared on 09/25/2024)
The Ministry of Construction and Housing and Communal Services of the Russian Federation proposed to extend until January 1, 2026 the procedure for calculating the initial (maximum) contract price, the methodology for making estimates and the rules for changing the value of turnkey construction contracts.
These documents will continue to be used in purchases conducted under special provisions of Law No. 44-FZ. Currently, their use is allowed only until January 1, 2025.
The draft of the relevant order is currently undergoing the information disclosure procedure in accordance with the Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation dated 08/25/2012 No. 851 "On the procedure for disclosure by federal executive authorities of information on the preparation of draft regulatory legal acts and the results of their public discussion."
