16 September 2024, Monday

In the period from September 9 to 15, heads of departments and specialists of the state committee studied the best regional practices and adopted experience in the field of public procurement in Karelia, Moscow, the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia), Chelyabinsk and Penza. This was reported during the weekly meeting at the State Procurement Committee of the Republic of Tatarstan. It was conducted by the chairman of the department, Marat Ziatdinov.

In the Penza region, representatives of 23 regions of the country took part in the "State Order Week in Sursky Krai". Topical issues of public procurement, including import substitution in the construction industry, were discussed with federal experts. Reviews of the best regional practices on digitalization and modernization of procurement activities, as well as effective cases of the Sakha Republic were reviewed at an interregional conference in Moscow. The regional conference in Chelyabinsk attracted leading experts in the field of contractual relations from 29 regions of Russia. The issues of attracting investments and public procurement were studied at the Karelia 20/24 International Economic Forum.

Marat Ziatdinov noted the importance of holding such events, allowing for an open dialogue to discuss complex issues of the application of procurement legislation.

"The development of the contract system is one of the priority projects on a national scale, it is important for all its participants not only to see, but also to hear each other. It is important to share best practices, not just to have a dialogue, but also to establish interaction — to improve the efficiency of the Institute of public procurement. The experience of the Republic of Tatarstan convincingly shows that the contract system can ensure high quality of purchases and an adequate price," commented the head of the department.

Seminars, which are held on an ongoing basis by the State Procurement Committee of the Republic of Tatarstan, help to qualitatively improve work processes in public procurement in Tatarstan. In September, 2 educational events were held for state and municipal customers and suppliers, which were attended by more than 300 people. Next week, employees of the public procurement sector from the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia) will come to Kazan for training.
