Aidar Gainullin, a leading specialist of the State Contracts Execution Department of the State Procurement Committee of the Republic of Tatarstan, took part in the International Economic Forum Karelia 20/24, which opened on September 12 in Petrozavodsk. The event brought together about 400 representatives of government, development institutions and delegations from China, Turkey and Belarus.
Within the framework of the forum, a plenary session and sessions were held on key issues of implementing public-private partnership projects in various forms, experience in attracting investors and federal funds for the development of regions.
A separate session was devoted to the implementation of offset contracts, including the experience of Moscow and the Republic of Karelia in concluding the first interregional offset contract in Russia.
On September 13, the plenary session "Relevant to the state order!" was held. The issues that were included in the program are the most difficult and important in organizing the activities of specialists in the field of investment and public procurement throughout the country.
During the forum, an industrial tour was also organized with visits to industrial enterprises, technoparks, and investment sites.
The international economic forum "Karelia 20/24" will end on September 14.
