The first Interregional Conference for authorized bodies, institutions and procurement organizers is taking place in Moscow on September 12-13. The theme of the educational event is "Regional practices of implementing legislation in the field of procurement under 223-FZ".
Aliya Bulatova, Head of the Procurement Methodological Support Department of the State Procurement Committee of the Republic of Tatarstan, is taking part in the conference. The event was organized by the Procurement Center of the Sakha Republic. The main goal is to share experience and promising ideas in the organization of procurement activities, to facilitate the solution of complex issues, to discuss acute problems of law enforcement practice and to improve the mechanisms of centralized procurement.
The participants reviewed examples of law enforcement practice and reviews of best regional practices, discussed issues of digitalization and modernization of procurement activities in accordance with Federal Law No. 223-FZ. Within the framework of the conference, a round table was organized with the participation of representatives of the Federal Treasury, the Federal Antimonopoly Service of Russia, the Federal Corporation for the Development of Small and Medium-Sized Businesses.
Based on the results of its work, a draft resolution will be prepared for sending to executive authorities, as well as to relevant ministries and departments of the Russian Federation.
