Representatives of the State Committee of the Republic of Tatarstan pumped their knowledge at the "State Order Week in Sursky Krai"
Anastasia Surkova, Head of the Centralized Procurement Department of the State Procurement Committee of the Republic of Tatarstan, takes part in the event "State Procurement Week in Sursky Krai". The organizer is the Government of the Penza region and the ROST Association (Moscow).
The "State Order Week in Sursky Krai" is being held for the first time in the Penza region from September 10 to 13. At the time of its holding, the Penza region became the center of competence in the field of public procurement in Russia. The event is attended by 23 regions of the country. The All-Russian conference "Construction through the prism of public procurement: modern realities and prospects" has become a key event.
Within the framework of two plenary sessions and a round table with the participation of representatives of the State Duma of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation, the Ministry of Finance, the Ministry of Construction and Housing and Communal Services, the Federal Antimonopoly Service of Russia, the Federal Treasury, the Association "National Association of Builders", the Association of Self-Regulatory Organizations "NOPRIZ", the Prosecutor's Office of the Penza region, the Penza UFAS, recognized experts in the field of procurement discussed topical issues government procurement, including issues of import substitution in the construction industry.
As part of the "State Order Week", the organizers aim to identify the main difficulties of customers and formulate proposals for changing legislation in order to convey information to federal authorities.
