RT State Committee on Procurement participates in the XIV regional practical conference in Chelyabinsk
Regina Mukhamedzyanova, Deputy Head of the Department for Analysis and Provision of Centralized Procurement of the State Procurement Committee of the Republic of Tatarstan, and Regina Azizova, Senior specialist of the Department for the Execution of State Contracts, take part in the XIV regional practical conference "Contract System. New Reality", organized by the Main Control Department of the Chelyabinsk region. The event was attended by representatives of federal authorities, authorized bodies, authorized institutions and leading experts in the field of contractual relations from 29 regions of the country.
Dmitry Ageev, Head of the Main Control Department of the Chelyabinsk Region, opened the conference. Viktor Mamin, First Deputy Governor of the Chelyabinsk Region, Alexey Lavrov, Deputy Minister of Finance of the Russian Federation, and Anna Kozlova, Head of the Federal Antimonopoly Service for the Chelyabinsk Region, addressed the participants with a welcoming speech.
On the first day, the main issues related to the reform of the contract system, digitalization of procurement, the specifics of the application of the national regime and the main violations in the execution of contracts were considered. The regional conference will last until September 13.
