The State Procurement Committee of Tatarstan, together with the Procurement Development Center of the republic, organized a free seminar "Effective participation in procurement". The speakers at the training were representatives of the state Committee, experts from the procurement development center and the Center for innovation in the social sphere of the My Business center.
The seminar was designed for entrepreneurs who are interested in interacting with the state through the public procurement system. The audience was told about changes in state and municipal procurement, explained the issues of obtaining and using a machine-readable power of attorney, and the application of the national regime. In the practical part, they presented typical mistakes made by procurement participants, analyzed the issues of financial and reputational risks when participating in tenders. They talked about measures to support small and medium-sized businesses.
"Public procurement is an area that is interesting for business. But participation requires a professional approach, it is necessary to improve your knowledge in view of regular changes in legislation. The seminar was interesting for both beginners in the field of procurement and experienced participants — a minimum of theory and more practice. The main purpose of the training is to improve the professionalism of participants in the public procurement system," said Iskander Bagautdinov, Deputy Chairman of the State Procurement Committee.
Earlier, the State Committee organized a seminar for state and municipal customers on the topic "Public Procurement - 2024: important and relevant". The seminar was attended by more than 250 customers, representatives of republican executive authorities, as well as subordinate institutions — in online and offline format.
