Centralized procurement of office software: The Ministry of Finance has developed amendments to the legislation
The draft provides for the extension of the norm suspending the application of certain provisions of the Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation dated 06/08/2018 No. 658.
It is about the powers of the Ministry of Finance of the Russian Federation to carry out centralized purchases of office software, as well as software in the field of information security for federal executive authorities, whose activities are managed by the Government of the Russian Federation.
These powers, as well as the Rules of Interaction of authorized bodies in the planning and Implementation of centralized procurement, approved by Resolution No. 658, have been suspended until the end of 2024.
The Ministry of Finance has proposed to extend the suspension until December 31, 2025.
The public discussion of the project will last until September 19, 2024.
