The new bus will be purchased by the Department of Culture of Yelabuga
MCU "Department of Culture of the Executive Committee of the Yelabuga district" will purchase a bus designed for 40 seats. The relevant information was posted in the unified information system by the State Procurement Committee of the Republic of Tatarstan.
According to the terms of reference, it is planned to purchase a HIGER KLQ6928Q bus or the equivalent of class 3 no earlier than 2024 with a manual transmission, equipped with air conditioning, a sunroof, an ERA-Glonass emergency warning system, etc. The initial purchase price is about 12 million rubles. The source of funding is the municipal budget.
"Since the purchase falls under the national regime, the customer received permission in advance from the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation to purchase goods originating from a foreign country. The country of manufacture of the purchased technical equipment is China. The permit is valid for 18 months," commented Alesya Muzalevskaya, Deputy Chairman of the State Procurement Committee of the Republic of Tatarstan.
Applications for participation in the electronic auction are accepted until September 16. The results of determining the supplier will be announced on September 18.
