The government decree on authorized banks to accompany the state defense order will become invalid

On August 16, 2024, the decree of the Government of the Russian Federation No. 2213-r dated 08/16/2024 was published.

The Decree invalidates the Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation dated 06/03/2016 No. 1135-r approving the list of authorized banks within the framework of Federal Law No. 275-FZ dated 12/29/2012 "On the State Defense Order".

The Order comes into force on 01.01.2025.
