The Government has approved roadmaps for the implementation of the Concept of Improving procurement to meet state and municipal needs of small volume for the period up to 2027
The Russian Government has approved action plans to implement the Concept of Improving the Procurement of Goods, Works, and Services to meet state and municipal needs of small volume for the period up to 2027; to create and maintain a single catalog of specific goods.
They determine, among other things, the list of relevant measures, the timing of their execution and responsible persons. In particular, the preparation of an agreed model for the implementation of small-volume purchases should be completed by the Ministry of Finance, the Federal Antimonopoly Service and the Treasury by October 2024. Also, by this date, the Ministry of Industry and Trade, the Ministry of Finance, the Ministry of Finance, the Treasury and the Federal Antimonopoly Service must approve the concept of creating and developing a single catalog of specific products.
Recall that the concept of improving procurement to meet state and municipal needs of small volume for the period up to 2027 was approved by the Government in June 2024. It concerns the procurement, the amount of which does not exceed 600 thousand rubles.
