A meeting of the Treasury of Russia was held on the mandatory use of machine-readable powers of attorney from September 1

On August 16, the Federal Treasury held an All–Russian meeting on the mandatory use of a machine–readable power of attorney (hereinafter -MCHD) when signing electronic documents in the unified information system in the field of procurement (hereinafter -GIS EIS) and in the state information system "Official website of the Russian Federation in the information and telecommunications network "Internet"www.torgi.gov.ru .

Starting from September 1, 2024, all procurement participants under 44-FZ and 223-FZ will be required to use the Ministry of Emergency Situations in their work.

In this regard, the head of the organization needs to ensure the issuance of the Ministry of Emergency Situations in GIS EIS, GIS AUCTIONS, by establishing the rights to the relevant users (representatives) to sign electronic documents with the issuance of the Ministry of Emergency Situations.
