new list of banks has been published, whose guarantees will ensure applications and execution of contracts under 44-FZ

Since June 1, the requirements established by the decree of the Government of the Russian Federation apply to banks that have the right to issue bank guarantees that ensure the bids of bidders and the execution of contracts.

The list of banks that meet these requirements has been published by the Ministry of Finance of the Russian Federation in accordance with Part 1.2 of Article 45 of Law No. 44-FZ. As of August 6, 2024, 208 banks meet the requirements.
