The deadline for the entry into force of the rules on the use of the IPO at the conclusion of agreements on the amendment and termination of the contract has been postponed

According to the new part 8 of Article 9 of Federal Law No. 360-FZ of July 2, 2021 (hereinafter referred to as Law No. 360-FZ), the provisions of paragraph 11 of sub-paragraphs "b" and sub-paragraphs "d" of paragraph 33 of Article 5 of Law No. 360-FZ, according to which Article 95 of Law No. 44-The Federal Law is supplemented by new parts 1.7 and Part 8.1, providing for the use of the EIS when concluding agreements on the amendment and termination of a contract concluded following an electronic procedure, which will enter into force on April 1, 2025.
These changes come into force on August 19 of the current year.
