A letter from the Ministry of Finance of the Russian Federation on the structured description of the object of purchase in the unified information system in the field of procurement and the submission of applications for participation in the purchase has been published
The Ministry of Finance of the Russian Federation has prepared a letter on the formation in the unified information system in the field of procurement of a notice on the implementation of the purchase and on the submission of an application for participation in the purchase using electronic platforms.
In its letter, the Ministry of Finance of the Russian Federation explains the following features of the structured description of the object of purchase:
• how to correctly fill in the structured description of the purchase object in the purchase notification;
• what information should the attached documents contain?;
• what features should be taken into account when making purchases of medicines and purchases in the construction sector;
• what should be considered by the procurement participants when submitting applications for participation in the procurement.
