During the expert session, the Republic of Tatarstan was awarded with a Certificate of Association for leading positions in the ranking of digitalization of regional information systems in the field of procurement, active participation in the development and implementation of modern technologies that ensure the efficiency and transparency of procurement, the use of innovative approaches that contribute to increasing the level of automation and digitalization of procurement activities in the region.
In addition, Deputy Chairman of the State Procurement Committee of the Republic of Tatarstan Iskander Bagautdinov presented the practice of the Republic of Tatarstan on food procurement and catering, which was recognized as the best law enforcement practice in 2023. Iskander Bagautdinov noted: "such events are not only a place where you can declare successful practice in the Republic of Tatarstan, but also a platform where problems of implementing legislation in the field of procurement are considered and joint decisions are made."
