Compliance with the annual volume of purchases from small and medium-sized businesses by some customers under Federal Law No. 223: the position of the Ministry of Finance
The agency reported: customers who from February 1 to the end of the year are forced to make purchases according to the basic rules of Federal Law No. 44 are not required to comply with the requirements for the annual volume of purchases from small and medium-sized businesses for this period. The same applies to the period from January 1 to February 1 of the reporting calendar year.
We are talking about customers who worked under Federal Law No. 223, but temporarily switched to Federal Law No. 44, because, for example, they did not place a report on purchases from small and medium-sized businesses in a unified information system in the field of procurement or did not choose a mandatory volume.
Recall: the annual report on purchases from small and medium-sized businesses, such customers are compiled and placed in a unified information system in the field of procurement on a general basis. There is no need to submit a report on purchases from small and medium-sized businesses and socially oriented non-profit organizations. Recently, the Ministry of Finance pointed this out.
