The Ministry of Finance told about the rounding procedure of numerical indicators taken into account during the evaluation of applications of participants of competitions held under Federal Law No. 44
The letter prepared by the Ministry's specialists notes that the legislation does not establish uniform rules for rounding numbers expressed in decimal notation. At the same time, when evaluating applications, the customer can use the rule of mathematical rounding of numbers. In the case of fractional total numeric values having more than two digits in the fractional part, the resulting values are rounded to two decimal places. At the same time, the customer independently determines the order of evaluation of applications for participation in tenders, including the order of rounding of numerical values used in evaluating applications of procurement participants.
