When forming and placing a state defense order, it is necessary to use a special catalog
Deputies of the State Duma adopted in the third reading a law providing for the creation of a product cataloging system for the placement of state defense orders. Relevant amendments have been made to Federal Law No. 275.
A federal catalog of products for federal needs is being introduced (hereinafter referred to as the Catalog), which must be used by state customers, head executors and executors when forming, placing and executing state defense orders.
The procedure for the creation, formation and functioning of the federal product cataloging system for federal needs is approved by the Government of the Russian Federation, including the rules for the formation, maintenance and application of the Catalog (including the rules for the formation and maintenance of its sections), the rules for assigning a federal nomenclature number to a product subject to cataloging, and the procedure for financing cataloging work.
At the same time, state customers, head executors and executors will be required to include in contracts and contracts mandatory conditions for the inclusion in the Catalog of information about goods subject to cataloging. Also, these persons are obliged to use information about goods subject to cataloging from the Catalog when forming, placing and executing a state defense order.
These amendments will come into force after the President of the Russian Federation signs the relevant law and 180 days after the date of its official publication.
