The list of relations that are not regulated by Federal Law No. 44 has been expanded
The deputies of the State Duma in the third reading adopted a law providing for the expansion of the list of relations established by part 2 of Article 1 of Federal Law No. 44, to which this Law does not apply. According to the new paragraph 9.1 of Part 2 of Article 1 of Federal Law No. 44, if the relevant law is signed by the President of the Russian Federation, purchases of goods, works, services by election commissions of the subjects of the Russian Federation, territorial election commissions, carried out at the expense of funds allocated from the budgets of the subjects of the Russian Federation budget of the federal territories to assist in the preparation and conduct of elections to federal bodies of state power.
The relevant federal law will come into force from the date of its official publication.
