The Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation has prepared a list of passenger cars recommended for public procurement
The corresponding list includes passenger cars with a Russian VIN-number, which are produced under special investment contracts, including:
- LADA, models: Vesta, Vesta SW Cross, Granta, Niva Travel, Niva Legend;
- UAZ, models: Patriot, Pickup, Profi, Hunter, SGR;
- AURUS, models: SENAT, KOMENDANT;
- "Moskvich", models: 3, 3e, 6;
- Evolute, models: I-PRO, I-JOY, I-SKY;
- Haval, models: Jolion, Dargo, F7/F7x, H9.
This list will be updated as new models of domestically produced vehicles enter the market. It is noted that highly localized models should be considered as a priority, however, the purchase of those vehicles whose level of localization is currently below the threshold for access to government procurement can be carried out with a permit, which is issued in the manner established by order of the Ministry of Industry and Trade of Russia dated May 29, 2020 N 1755. When preparing an application for the issuance of such a permit, persons responsible for transport support should first of all focus on this list.
Let us recall that earlier the President of the Russian Federation instructed the Government of the Russian Federation, together with the highest executive bodies of the constituent entities of the Russian Federation, with the participation of the Administration of the President of the Russian Federation, to take measures aimed at the priority use of Russian highly localized vehicles by state and municipal employees for official purposes.
