It is planned to supplement the list of procurement cases provided for by Federal Law No. 44 from a single counterparty

Deputies of the State Duma in the first reading adopted a bill providing for the expansion of the list of cases of procurement from a single counterparty, established by part 1 of Article 93 of Federal Law No. 44. In particular, the authors of this initiative propose to allow contracts to be concluded without competitive procedures in cases of rental of residential premises provided to military personnel undergoing military service under a contract, including in military units (organizations, institutions, bodies) stationed outside the territory of the Russian Federation, in accordance with Federal Law No. 76 dated 27.05.1998-Federal Law "On the status of military personnel".
