The Ministry of Transport canceled the order on approval of standard terms of contracts for the construction and repair of highways
In connection with the publication of resolutions of the Government of the Russian Federation of 08.04.2023 N 572 "On approval of standard conditions of contracts for the repair of highways, artificial road structures" and of 29.06.2023 N 1066 "On standard conditions of contracts for the construction, reconstruction, overhaul, demolition of the capital construction object" the order was declared invalid Ministry of Transport of the Russian Federation No. 37 dated 05.02.2019 "On Approval of Standard Terms of contracts for construction (Reconstruction), Capital Repairs, repair of highways, artificial road structures and an information map of standard contract terms".
The order of the Ministry of Transport of Russia dated 08/24/2023 No. 292 comes into force on October 6 of this year.
