What does the concept of "contract term" include?

In the letter prepared by the specialists of the Ministry of Finance of the Russian Federation, it is noted that the deadline for the execution of the contract specified in the notification is a period that includes a set of measures implemented after the conclusion of the contract, including acceptance and payment by the customer of the result of the execution of the contract. At the same time, the customer, when forming the notification, has the opportunity to determine the term of the contract, taking into account the expected terms of acceptance of the contract, registration of its results, as well as payment for goods, work or services.
