Free legal assistance
In the Republic of Tatarstan, free legal assistance can be obtained through the state electronic service of the Ministry of Justice of the Russian Federation – the portal of legal assistance "Pravo.rf".
The portal of legal assistance "Pravo.rf" allows:
- get legal advice by phone;
- send a written question to qualified lawyers to receive a written answer;
- make an appointment in person at the State Legal Bureau of the Republic of Tatarstan;
- get up-to-date legal information on the most popular life situations.
Any citizen can use the portal to receive free legal assistance and up-to-date legal information.
To do this, you need to do the following:
1. Log in to the portal's personal account through Public Services (https://www.gosuslugi.ru /).
2. Select the section "Applying for legal assistance" and click "Submit an application".
3. Then fill in personal information based on your situation.
Step 1 – select, if available, a preferential category that is eligible for free legal aid.
Step 2 – specify the content of the application, the type of legal assistance, the desired format of interaction with you and make an appointment.
