September 7 , 2023 at 10.00 a.m. The State Procurement Committee of the Republic of Tatarstan will hold a free webinar for customers of the Republic of Tatarstan.
In order to improve the efficiency of procurement placement, it is planned to review current practices on the following topics at the webinar:
1. How to make a description of the object of purchase, correctly applying KTRU?
2. When can additional characteristics be specified and how can they be justified?
3. What is equivalence analysis and how to conduct it correctly?
