Expanded the list of goods, works, services, in public procurement of which organizations of persons with disabilities are provided with benefits
Since May 12, the List approved by the decree of the Government of the Russian Federation of 08.12.2021 N 3500-r is valid in a new edition. Now it includes 107 positions (previously - 58). In particular, the List is supplemented with various wood products, household appliances, medical services, translation, publishing and printing.
The amendments apply to purchases under Federal Law No. 44, notices of the implementation of which are posted in the unified information system in the field of public procurement, invitations to participate in which are sent after May 12.
Recall that according to the results of the competitive procurement of goods and services provided for in the List, the contract with the winning organization of disabled persons, specified in part 2 of Article 29 of Federal Law No. 44, is concluded at a price that is 15% higher than was offered by such an organization during the procurement (but not higher than the initial (maximum contract price).
