The features of the description of individual medical products and medical nutrition products in the case of their purchase under Law No. 44 are established
According to the new version of paragraph 1, part 1, Article 33 of Law No. 44, an indication of a trademark in the description of the object of purchase is allowed, including in the case of the purchase of medical devices and specialized medical nutrition products necessary for the appointment of a patient for medical reasons by the decision of the medical commission recorded in the patient's medical documentation and the journal of the medical commission. The list of these medical devices and medical nutrition products and the procedure for its formation are to be approved by the Government of the Russian Federation.
The decision of the medical commission is entered into the register of contracts (see the new version of paragraph 14, part 2, Article 103 of Law No. 44).
These changes will come into force on May 9, 2023.
