The conditions for conducting electronic requests for quotations and purchases from a single counterparty for the amount specified in Part 12 of Article 93 of Law N 44 have changed
According to the amendments introduced in paragraph 1 of Part 10 of Article 24 of Law N 44, the size of the initial maximum contract price has been increased from 3 million rubles to 10 million rubles, within which an electronic request for quotations is allowed. Also, in accordance with the new part 75 of Article 112 of Law N 44, until December 31, 2026, there are no restrictions on the size of the annual volume of purchases carried out by conducting an electronic request for quotations, established by paragraph 1 of Part 10 of Article 24 of Law N 44.
In addition, in accordance with the new version of paragraphs 4-5.1 of Part 1 of Article 93 of Law N 44, purchases made on the basis of these paragraphs in electronic form on an electronic platform are not included in the annual volume of relevant purchases. Also, from 3 million rubles to 5 million rubles, the maximum amount specified in Part 12 of Article 93 of Law N 44 has been increased, for which purchases can be made in electronic form using an electronic platform in cases provided for in paragraphs 4-5.2 of Part 1 of Article 93 of Law N 44.
These changes will come into force on May 9, 2023.
