The Federal Penitentiary Service has established a form of conclusion on the price of a unit of products supplied under a state defense order
The form of the conclusion of the state customer on the price per unit of products supplied under the state defense order has been approved when forming the price of a state contract concluded with a single supplier, as well as when transferring other types of product prices to a fixed price. The specified document was developed by the Federal Penitentiary Service of Russia in accordance with paragraph 5 of paragraph 50 of the Regulation on state Regulation of Prices for Products supplied under the state defense order, approved by the Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation dated 02.12.2017 N 1465.
The corresponding order came into force on April 17 of this year.
