The standard terms of contracts for the repair of highways and artificial road structures have been approved.
These standard conditions were approved by the Government of the Russian Federation in accordance with part 11 of Article 34 of the Federal Law No. 44.
The document provides, in particular, conditions on the obligations and rights of the customer and contractor, on the procedure for performing and suspending work, changing and terminating the contract. In addition, there are requirements for warranty periods for structural elements of the highway, artificial road structures. The standard conditions are also accompanied by forms of certificates of acceptance of completed works.
The corresponding decree of the Government of the Russian Federation comes into force on April 19, 2023.
