The Ministry of Natural Resources told about the specifics of the description of the object of purchase, to which environmental requirements are imposed

According to experts of the ministry, the customer, when describing the object of purchase, independently determines the share of secondary raw materials used in the production of goods for which, in accordance with the decree of the Government of the Russian Federation of 08.07.2022 N 1224, environmental requirements are established. At the same time, the establishment of requirements for the share of secondary raw materials in the amount of 0% will contradict the specified resolution and prevent the involvement of recyclables in economic processes.
