The standard conditions of state contracts for the organization of baby food in schools are valid from May 1

The standard terms of contracts will be used in the procurement of catering services for children who are enrolled in educational programs of primary general, basic general and secondary general education. They fixed the obligations of the parties to the contract.

The highest executive bodies of the regions are recommended to ensure the application of conditions taking into account socio-demographic factors, national, confessional and local characteristics of the population's nutrition.

The innovations will come into force on May 1. They are used for purchases that will be announced after this date.
