March 31 is the last day of posting in the Unified Information System reports on the volume of purchases from small businesses and socially oriented non-profit organizations, as well as on the volume of purchases of Russian goods for 2022
According to Part 4 of Article 30 of Law N 44, at the end of the year, the customer is obliged to make a report on the volume of purchases from small businesses, socially oriented non-profit organizations and place the above report in a Unified Information System by April 1 of the year following the reporting year. The procedure for preparing this report, its placement in the Unified Information System, and the form of the report are determined by the Government of the Russian Federation (Part 4.1 of Article 30 of Law N 44).
Also, by April 1 of the year following the reporting year, customers must place in the Unified Information System a report on the volume of purchases of Russian goods, including goods supplied during the performance of purchased works, the provision of purchased services carried out in order to fulfill the obligation provided for in Part 1 of Article 30.1 of Law No. 44. The requirements for the content and form of this report, as well as the procedure for its preparation and placement in the Unified Information System are also determined by the Government of the Russian Federation (paragraph 1, part 4, Article 30.1 of Law N 44).
