The Ministry of Health explained the specifics of the description of medical devices included in the Catalog of goods, works and services when forming a purchase notice
The specialists of the Ministry recalled that according to sub-item "d" p. 10 Rules for the formation and maintenance in the Unified Information System of the Catalog of goods, works and services, the position of the catalog of goods, works and services for medical devices may include, among other things, reference information - the type of medical device in numerical terms (code), the name of the type of medical device and the description of the type of medical device, in accordance with the nomenclature classification of medical devices products approved by the order of the Ministry of Health of the Russian Federation dated 06.06.2012 N 4n, as well as the code of the All-Russian classifier of products by types of economic activity and its name. At the same time, it is emphasized that the reference information, including the classification characteristics of the type of medical device, does not form a description of goods, work, services in the meaning of Article 33 of Law N 44 and is not included in the list of information subject to mandatory use by the customer in accordance with paragraph 4 of the Rules for the use of the Catalog of Goods, Works and Services.
