The list of imported medical products has been clarified, in respect of which admission restrictions are established for the purposes of public procurement
The new edition sets out the name of medical devices related to the code All-Russian Classifier of Products by types of economic Activity 32.50.13.190, specified in the list N 1, approved by the Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation dated 05.02.2015 N 102. According to the clarifications, the relevant admission restrictions are applied in the case of the purchase of these goods, with the exception of vacuum tubes for taking venous blood, corresponding to the codes type of medical device 293640, 293630, 293700, 293780, 293540, 293760, 293480, 293400.
In addition, the provisions of the said resolution, which establish the specifics of admission to the procurement of goods produced in the territories of the Donetsk People's Republic, the Luhansk People's Republic, are excluded.
The relevant amendments entered into force on March 1 of this year and do not apply to relations related to procurement, notices of which are posted in the Unified Information System, invitations to participate in which are sent before the specified date, including contracts, information about which is included in the register of contracts before the specified date.
